"Never Ask Permission or Apologize For Being Who You Are."

I'm grateful for the life I've been blessed to live.

The good things have humbled me, understanding there's always more to learn.

The not so good things have made me more compassionate and less judgmental.

The years have gone by fast, so I embrace each day as if it were my last.

My relationships are richer, easier, and more authentic.

I've learned to be content without being complacent.

To love with my whole heart, but not to lose myself in the process.

I no longer waste time, but I prioritize what I value most.

I'm quicker to forgive and admit when I'm wrong.

I try to be supportive so those around me so they feel affirmed and valued.

I want to be remembered for giving a kind word, a gentle hug, a small courtesy, or a smile.

I've found in most things less is more.

I don't entertain fear, worry, or stress.

They are the  biggest enemies of my peace, joy, and health.

I am empowered knowing I get to choose how I go through things.

I stopped asking permission or apologizing for who I am and what I want.

For me, life is simpler when I let it be simple.

I mind my own business, and let others decide what works for them.

I don't feel the need to convince anyone why they should or shouldn't do anything.

And I'm not a fan of unsolicited advice or expectations put on me by others.

I believe in personal responsibility, generosity, and healthy boundaries.

Those in my circle know and appreciate me for me, flaws and all, and I don't pretend to be someone I'm not.

I try to extend the same courtesy with humility and love.
